I have ridden over 200,000 miles on various bikes and have been riding HD since 2004. This thing is so easy to use, but the information you get is extremely important. A few years ago I was a mechanic trying to figure out the metallic ringing and loss of power due to a belt being too loose. You might think it's obvious, but the slack that caused the problem wasn't that great. Because of the metallic noise, the mechanic checked the gearbox and clutch. We both felt pretty stupid when we finally found out. If I had this tool I would never be in this situation.
