Some reviewers have complained because this item is not complicated. So. It's simple, uncomplicated. There is no on/off switch or timer to pause. I had a great time with him. I noticed that the indentations were large enough to accommodate the egg's exit. So I cracked 6 eggs, one in each cup, and voila! Nice little round boiled eggs. They looked delicious. Then I tried them with a mix of corn muffins. Once again everything went great. Both times I coated each slot (top and bottom) with coconut oil and nothing stuck. NOTHING. So I'm happy as a beat As for the naysayers who want a bunch of bells and whistles, I say LESS IF MORE.
