I've been running for ten years and my glutes are known to be weak. My physical therapist recommended that I try the scooter for one leg balance and butt training and oh my god, what a feeling! My glutes get the workout of their life in just ten minutes per side with this thing, it's amazing. Also, it works on your kernel. BONUS. I'm 5ft 11in and 185lbs and have no problem riding it.
