Brilliant! I use these Nesco Fruit Roll Sheets in my Nesco Snackmaster Pro and they work great! I've used them successfully to easily make many fruit buns and many other sticky items. One of my favorite things to make in a food dehydrator is fruit rolls. Initially, I tried to make them only from very useful ingredients. These fruit roll sheets work great as they have a raised hem on the side that keeps all the liquid in the bowl but also allows air to escape around the edges of your bowls. I used to fill them all the way up and had no problems with spilling or leaking. My advice is to fill the fruit bun shell while it's already in the firmer dehydrator shell. This makes it much easier to run without losses. Those first batches of buns were more like brittle candy. With no fat or sugar, it all turns into a crunchy crust and breaks when you try to roll it up. Then I found a solution on the internet. add sugar. Well I'm all about adding sugar! haha If you use some corn syrup in your fruit rolls they will roll up so nice and easy and look just like store bought fruit rolls. They're a huge hit here at home and everyone I share them with is just in awe of them. Thanks for these fruit buns!
