Easy access to reports and customizations are key benefits in making sure you can see everything at your fingertips! I would like more integrations between programs such as AOP (Arreava Online Platform) so we could pull data into one place rather than going back and forth. It's great that it has an integrated CRM system where donors who have already given via text/email campaigns etc., will be able to give again online without having to fill out another form - which saves time AND increases conversion rate! We were looking for something simple yet robust enough to help keep up with large numbers of staff but still allow them to customize each individual page they need to work on themselves.
