All in all a great product

I like the setting best. Angle gauges are handy, although they don't work very well with large knives. It has a decent body, but it could be improved if it had a lockable top to keep everything inside. The rubber cover for the stone doesn't provide enough stability to prevent it from sliding on the countertop, but it works well with a towel under the frame. The stone works as advertised. Good quality and I'm sure it will last a long time. I've only used it once but will be pulling it out for other sharpening purposes soon.

Pros
  • Streamlined Shape Many whetstones are huge, clunky items that are difficult to put away. We made ours with a slim design specifically for the chef who has large kitchen appliances and limited cabinet space. Just add it to any drawer or cabinet.
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
