Mediocre companion for the base unit

5.6Ghz is good but out of all 4 of my devices ALL are at such a low volume that people complain that they can't hear me and I speak very loudly. They are also difficult to hear. I've tried headphones but it's no improvement. If it was only on 1 device I might admit it's a bug, but it's the case on all 4 devices I own.
