Optimum Nutrition L-Glutamine 1000mg Capsules

I purchased this after watching an 18 hour health webinar. One of the doctors recommended putting 1000 mg under the tongue to avoid alcohol addiction. I don't have alcohol but I smoked so I decided to give it a try. Even though they are locked, it was easy to separate the halves of the capsule. It's been six hours and not only have I not smoked, I don't want to. I used to smoke a pack and a half a day. Readers, if you know someone with an addiction, you should suggest they try it. It might work for you!
