Give this skimmer a try. So far, so good. Coffee is already in a collection cup 😂. I had to use plastic crates to raise it about an inch in my swamp, but every water level is different so you'll need to adjust the height to suit your swamp. The skimmer is very quiet, you need to look at it to make sure it's on and working. I had trouble connecting the air intake to the pump as it was a bit tight. Used a rubber mallet and tapped it hard enough to tighten. Maybe it was just a defect on this one, but I put it on. Also, it was easy to set up, although the instructions are terrible. I looked more at the picture and figured out assembling it. 4 stars for me due to a broken air intake part and lack of spare parts. I hope I can use some of this before I have to replace it. Update: 06/13/2021. No blisters. I can't find a replacement pump. It's been long enough that I can't send it back. The skimmer is only 2 months away 😔😔 Back on sale for a new skimmer
