Review on The EZBR-0214+ EZ-Bridge-Lite: High-Power Outdoor Wireless Point-to-Point System by Diane Lane

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It's been a month and so far so good.

We have two AirBNB buildings that are across the street and a few houses apart. And we didn't want to pay for internet in either of them. And we can't run a cable across the street so this seemed like the perfect solution for us and it's worked well so far. I will update this review if we run into any issues. It says it can go many miles. I only use it for about 400 feet or so. Maybe it's too much of a good thing for my use case. But we tested a regular router and it just didn't work, we only had 1 bar on the second airbnb so it wouldn't work for multiple people streaming videos. But this device works great. We paid $199.78 and it looks like they recently increased the price of Revain to $207.95. That may seem high, but it saves us about $70 a month online, so it pays for itself very quickly. I spent most of the day researching which is better and reading reviews before purchasing it. I chose this one because it seems to be the most stable. Reviews of other devices said they worked for a few months and then suddenly stopped working, this is not an option for us, it would be a disaster if it just stopped working, so we paid a little more for it and again, me I'm very satisfied so far, no major problems yet. I also chose this one because it's just plug and play, not configurable, it just works like a long ethernet cable. We pay 150/150 for Verizon Internet and it's usually around 40/70. That's more than enough for multiple video streams at the same time. My main complaint is that the mounting bar on the back could be better, tilting up and down slightly but difficult to rotate left and right to point in the right direction. EDIT: Hi all, just an update, I've had it for a little over 6 months now. This has worked perfectly every day so far. But today it stopped working, but that was an easy fix, I just had to unplug it and then plug it back in and it worked again.
