Bought these cars for my wife as a graduation present. She started using them in February with stunning results and everyone at the salon fell in love with how the clippers worked. So April, and the machine is out of order (died during the cut). The clippers have been kept in perfect condition and it looks like the problem is mechanical (poor quality control). Such an expensive hair clipper should not fail after 2 months of normal use. I think we'll see if StyleCraft will endorse their product. Luckily, she had her choice back and was able to complete the ministry she had begun. If you buy them, make sure you have backups.
