I was thrilled to receive this product due to all the hype surrounding them. Paid 150 for them and they no longer work. The switch won't even let them stay on. I called 1-800, all they told me was to tighten the nuts. So I did it and it still didn't work. Called back and still no help. Only 6 months use for a supposedly professional product but it didn't last that long. Very disappointed with this hair clipper and the customer service.

Bought these cars for my wife as a graduation present. She started using them in February with stunning results and everyone at the salon fell in love with how the clippers worked. So April, and the machine is out of order (died during the cut). The clippers have been kept in perfect condition and it looks like the problem is mechanical (poor quality control). Such an expensive hair clipper should not fail after 2 months of normal use. I think we'll see if StyleCraft will endorse their product.

These clippers are a great tool. Battery life has been great for me so far, I really expected it to drain quickly and often. Clippers have no clipping or fading issues. I am very happy with the performance.

It's amazing how much Gamma+ and StyleCraft put in their clippers (great packaging); can complete most modifications within minutes out of the box. Some parts I won't use, but at least some of them deserve attention. The charging time is good, the working time is very long. The motor is suitable for fading and tapering.
