Review on Vixen Horns VXO8330 Tank Compressor by Will Powers

Takes some time to build up air pressure. Good quality tank. The built-in check valve didn't work 100%, but that's not critical for me. I had one that I added and had no problems. However after the third use (photos included) the compressor has failed (rather spectacularly), I'll go back and buy another one (because the price isn't bad) and see if I just got a bad one. -Update- Revain has dealt with it back quickly, ordered again right away. The tank and all fittings remained the same. BUT on the second day the compressor threw out the stem again. I checked my system again for air leaks in case the compressor had been running for a long time or should have kept running. The system held air for 24 hours with a loss of only 5psi (could be better, but for me that level is acceptable). I sent the last one back and won't be ordering it again. Bottom line is that the compressor is very reasonably priced when it works. Would buy their tanks again if I needed one.
