Review on Amtel TEM Solution by Caleb Quade

I like the ability to use both a mobile app as well as an online dashboard. The interface can be a little confusing at times but it's not too bad once you figure it out. I also like that there are multiple ways to view your data. For example, one report will show you all of your devices and their current status while another shows only those with issues. This makes it easy for me to see what my team needs to work on. It would be great if we had more flexibility when it comes to adding new devices. For example, sometimes I want to add a device without having to wait until my manager approves it. Sometimes this isn't possible. If it were possible, then I think that would help solve some of our problems. We've been able to reduce the amount of time spent on manual tasks by over 50%. This has resulted in less errors.
