The best thing I like about Infoole it its ease of use to create new programs or add features that are needed in my organization's daily work flow.
Also, their customer service team makes sure you always know what your next step should be when communicating with them via email/phone call etc.. Their support staff doesn't seem too knowledgeable at times because they don’t have all knowledge bases covered so if there isn’t someone who can help then go straight through techsupport@infoodleroomassage.com - this has been helpful since we were having issues getting our system up & running quickly enough after purchase from previous vendor (Infoday). We love how easy everything works together! It takes less than 5 minutes to set things up properly once an admin person helps us get started by showing me where each part needs to point towards.
