Be wary of the low-quality products and unsatisfactory customer service provided by QYL.

Recently, I was forced to deal with QYL, a business that advertises the sale of automotive replacement parts and ignition parts. My experience with them was less than ideal. My interactions with them, on the other hand, have been nothing but a huge disappointment. The first and most important thing to note is that the products they sell are of very low quality. After only a few weeks of using them, the replacement ignition components that I bought for my car did not fit correctly, which led to the car breaking down. When I tried to get assistance from their customer service department, I was met with a representative who was ineffective and unresponsive, and who seemed to care very little about the problems that I was having. In addition to this, their method of shipping and managing is both ineffective and unreliable. My order was processed and shipped after a delay of more than a week, and when it finally arrived, the packaging was damaged, and the components that were contained within it were not adequately protected, which led to additional damage during transportation. In general, if you are in the market for automotive replacement components, I would strongly recommend staying away from QYL at all costs. I deeply regret ever having done business with them because the purchasing experience was so frustrating and unpleasant due to the low quality of their products and the absence of any kind of customer support. Find a supplier who has a better reputation and is more reliable to save yourself some difficulty.
