Works well. In Water Filtration & Softener

In short, changing my diet has resulted in me drinking more water than before, but I didn't realize how bad my tap water tasted. I did a lot of searching on the internet for different filter options. As I rent an apartment I figured the best option for me would be a countertop filtration system. The package contains two nylon adapters with different size threads. One of these is needed to connect the hose valve block to the faucet. However, I didn't think the adapter would be strong enough. I'm happy to report that so far I haven't had any trouble installing the faucet valve, even after accidentally banging on it a few times. Just in case, I looked at the local hardware store. They have metal versions of adapters if needed. At first I wanted a longer hose so I could move the unit away from the sink. However, it turned out that there was just enough space in the corner of the sink. Also, and this is the best place, because the device will drip a little after turning off the water supply. This is my only complaint and is minor to me. This made my water taste much better. I don't know any details about the filter performance, but ceramic filters seem to be the best type available at the moment and have good reviews on various websites. Note: the block required assembly, but it wasn't difficult. You need to read the instructions, as there are several important points. You must complete the build steps in a specific order. It was also mentioned that hot water should not be passed through.
