Pros: - Wonderfully light and flat keystrokes, with a scissor action that feels like a good laptop keyboard (and Apple Magic keyboard) - Nice and compact size with no number pad, very thin and low profile yet strong enough not to flex while typing. - 4 soft rubber feet that keep the keyboard firmly on the table. - Wired USB connection with no batteries to mess around with or charge. Well, with problems) Cons: - The backlight comes out around each key, a bit brighter than the letter of the key itself. It's not terrible, but it's visually distracting and doesn't look very clean. However, bleeds will help you orient yourself when typing visually in the dark. The better your environment is lit, the more disruptive the bleeding will be. Unfortunately, the backlight cannot be switched off (see below). The backlight turns off after 10 minutes. This feature cannot be disabled and the display goes blank even if you are actively typing. The timer starts from the first key press when the backlight turns on. Then it turns off after 10 minutes and the next button press turns it back on and starts the timer again. You can turn off the backlight completely by pressing Function + W, but without the backlight, the letters become so dim that they become very difficult to read. see them even in a well-lit room. The inscription does not stand out on its own. Suggestion: - Use Periboard-326 model. It's almost identical but with better features. The backlight only shines through the letters themselves, the light stays on forever, it has 3 selectable intensity levels including off, and the letters are legible even when the backlight is off. The only downside (at least for my taste) is that the keys are a bit longer, a bit softer, a bit firmer, like a membrane mechanism.
