This rack is slightly smaller than I thought it would be (my fault, since I didn't really look at the measurements). Overall, this was really easy to put together. I had help from my husband, but you might be able to put this together by yourself if you're really handy. I was able to fit my crockpot and breadmaker on the bottom shelves, but I'm not sure I would put anything suuuuuper heavy on the top shelves. Right now, I've got my cookbooks on one of the top shelves, and some plants on the other. It looks really great in my kitchen, and the wooden shelf is a nice cherry color.
