Used to make your own pancakes with sausage for breakfast. I use kitchen scissors to cut round frozen patties into shapes to cook (actually reheat) and add the pancake mix. It worked great on the first try. The description says "wooden handle" but it is NOT. It's made out of some kind of resin or plastic that just looks like a wooden handle. However, it appears to be dishwasher safe. The person who said they "can't be washed" obviously has no experience washing anything at all. Yes, there is a triangular notch near the handle, but it's unlikely to be washable in any way. ordinary dishwashing liquid; Brush, rag, or kitchen sink sprayer you have. If you oil the pan, hit that spot as well to make cleaning easier in case food drips or falls on that spot.
