Very good pot, I want to buy a lid with it. If for some reason you drop it (accidentally), the wood will snap off where the screw enters. Very non-stick and I bought a small spatula especially for this. Really need a transparent lid to be easily flipped without flipping. Someone tell me what to wear to buy one would be great. Would I buy again, it's worth it.

This is a non-stick frying pan UNDER vegetable oil. Eggs fall out easily when the pan is inverted. This pan has no lid. To fully cook the egg whites in this pan, brown the bottom before the top is fully cooked. I've come to the conclusion that a lid is needed to retain the heat and cook the egg whites more evenly. Used to make your own pancakes with sausage for breakfast. I use kitchen scissors to cut round frozen patties into shapes to cook (actually reheat) and add the pancake mix. It worked great on the first try. The description says "wooden handle" but it is NOT. It's made out of some kind of resin or plastic that just looks like a wooden handle. One of the product images shows an egg being lifted out of a frying pan with chopsticks. If you grease the pan with a pea-sized ball of butter (one ball per egg cup) you can actually do it. We bought this pan to make eggs and sausage for our own English muffin sandwiches with sausage, egg and cheese. 100% suitable for this job (if you add this oil the egg will stick to the pan a bit without it).
