In terms of water consumption, this is a fantastic bottle. I've heard the whole time that we should be getting more than 128 ounces of water a day (with slight variations depending on your size, where you live, and your level of daily activity), and this is the perfect way to make sure you're getting it it's I drink two full bottles a day, 64 ounces a day. I'm not giving this 5 stars just because cleaning the inside can be a hassle and $30 is way too much for something that is a plastic mold. The craftsmanship is great don't get me wrong and you won't be disappointed - just want to be honest if there are cheaper bottles out there. But it's worth the investment if you want something measurable and give you the highest chance of completing your regiment.
