Review on 💾 Inateck FE2004 2.5 Hard Drive Enclosure: USB 3.0 Case for External Hard Drives, UASP Support, Up to 5Gbps Transfer Speed by Cristofer Cejudo

The soldering for USB connector was very weak and broke within a week of purchase. Maybe I got a bad one? I wanted to love it but the fact is it broke after 1 week. [UPDATE] Customer service was fantastic and they sent me a new case as soon as they saw my review, but the same thing happened to the one they sent as a replacement. It took several months, but unfortunately exactly the same problem. If this and its cord stay in the same place on your desk then it's a great product and it will most likely never break, but if you ever put it in your backpack or move it around there's a good chance soldering the USB input breaks. However, I also bought this one: Inateck 2.5" USB 3.0 Hard Drive Enclosure External Enclosure for 9.5mm 7mm SATA/HDD/SSD with 3 USB 3.0 Ports HUB, UASP supported, tool free (FE2007) and highly recommended, but really never is leaving my desk so I can't attest to its longevity.Upgrading from one star to 3 due to customer service and performance is great while you'll never move it.Now I need another one but I need something to put in mine Backpack can get stuck and it isn't.however 3 stars for customer service and I would recommend for its price unless mobile use.thanks for your efforts inateck love you guys but this product broke when it was used as a mobile developer.
