Easy yet Comprehensive Process/Application Management

I like that it is easy to use and helps with our reporting needs. It also has some really useful features that are not as well known but make life easier when you need them. The support is great as well! It is very easy to use and they always respond quickly.
There are some things I would like to see added in future releases, but overall I am happy with how it works now. It's a bit pricey, but if you have the budget then go for it. We needed something that was easy to setup and use, and Intricately met all of those requirements.

Pros

Ease at setting up reports/data tables via Excel or Word documents without ever needing sql server knowledge (and excel formulas) which makes this tool extremely helpful especially during business hours..not only do we get access from home while travelling etc., just saving time over other data systems such SQL Server Reporting Services
RDL files.just takes ages!! Easy uploads into cloud storage too so can be easily stored locally AND centrally online / remote location(cloud drive
