What a waste $75
I would return this if I could. My elderly parents could not play messages on this phone. I thought they just didn't understand how to use it, but when I finally visited them I couldn't get it to work either. You can leave a message, but the phone doesn't indicate that there is a message, so there's nothing to play. They missed several doctor's appointments because people thought they were leaving messages. I tried calling customer service # but was told their inbox is full and no more messages are being accepted. What a waste of $75
