Our dog-loving son turned seven during the coronavirus quarantine and it wasn't easy to get hold of helium balloons. We inflated these balloons with a bicycle pump. It took a little while, but they weren't difficult to fill. Helium is not required! Actually I don't think they should be used with helium as you can't walk on them and they are upside down when they swim. They were excellent quality, after two weeks they are still very puffy. Our three children aged 4 to 8 dragged them around the house to "walk" with them. They are very cute and worth the money. I highly recommend.
