A while back I made toothpaste balls for travel. Worked but painful to do. I was delighted to find Dr.NOAH fluoride toothpaste tablets offered through the Vine program. I have an upcoming trip and was hoping to take these pills with me. I don't think I will. The tablets are about the size of an aspirin but thicker. They are very hard, not soft at all. I'm not thrilled with how difficult they are to chew. I still have temporary crowns on each side of my lower jaw and have to be careful not to move any of the crowns. I have found that rinsing my water with warm water before use helps. Mint is very strong - seriously, stronger than Altoid Mints. I say this without hesitation as I have a jar of mints on my desk and I am eating them. There is little foam and I'm not sure if they really clean my teeth. The minty hum lasts for quite a while, making the breath feel pretty fresh. There are many pills in the bag so if you like them then this is a good buy. Just too hard and strong for me. I would not recommend buying pills.
