Maintains good customer service even after implementation

It's very user friendly, easy to navigate through screens and it is customizable. I dislike that you can not customize your own template or layout for the physician portal. The templates are so bland looking and don't have any color customization options.

Their support team was unable to help me when I had an issue and their online chat system would not work. We were able to get our records transferred from another provider but there was no way of getting access back in time since we could only view them as they existed at transfer time.

Easy navigation
User Friendly interface
No problems with using internet explorer browser.
Ease/Fastnessof use once logged into patient account page (iC) versus having my patients log onto other portals suchas healthcareconnect which takes longer than usualto login due its slow speed comparedwith iclinic
