I bought this carpet for a college dorm. First off, the photos provided look like airbrushed models compared to what you will actually receive. It's thin, thin and of the cheapest quality. Oh, and "styrofoam padding" is about half an inch thick. It's not sewn at all! In addition, after many unsuccessful attempts at washing hands, I decided to put it on a low floor, and the cold was in the washing machine. They should have said not to machine wash at all because when I gave up handwashing and put it in the machine, the "styrofoam pad" in it completely dissolved! He just covered everything in nasty spongy dust! And that hideous collapsed mass covered absolutely everything it touched! I figured if the pad was gone all the coarse dust could be washed off so I washed it again, this time on a heavy floor, because now it was completely dirty. Didn't help, just made it worse. In the end, after the 4th cycle, I decided it wasn't even worth the time and effort to clean it and ended up tossing it in the trash. Long story short, I found rug 20 times the quality for almost half the price, and you probably can too. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
