I like that they are very quick to respond, whether it be via email or phone call (which is essential when you're running this business). They also provide excellent customer service! Their rates for services can definitely get expensive if your looking at doing multiple releases per week/month etc. But their prices aren't unreasonable compared with other companies out there who offer similar products. It's great having someone else handle all of those pesky emails so we don't mind responding as often as required by our clients - which helps us keep up-to-date about what media outlets have picked them up from previous news stories / features & interviews with various professionals within our industry.
