The price is great, I can't complain about anything with this software so far! It's been easy to use, it has helped my business get much more exposure than we would normally be able to receive without using their services. It helps us distribute our news for free across multiple platforms like Facebook, Twitter etc very quickly as well which also makes things easier for me personally because sometimes writing the same content over again just takes too long!! We used to struggle with our own content, but now we have so much less of that work because all is done by them! I like that they are very quick to respond, whether it be via email or phone call (which is essential when you're running this business). They also provide excellent customer service! Their rates for services can definitely get expensive if your looking at doing multiple releases per week/month etc. But their prices aren't unreasonable compared with other companies out there who offer similar products. The best part about Press In A box is that you can upload your own content instead of having to use their templates, this allows for more customization options! It's not as easy or user friendly when it comes time to write up releases themselves either if they don't have much experience with writing them out there are some things I would like changed but nothing majorly so far great product just need better training materials maybe?
