The easiest installation ever! Wireless is definitely the way to go. Great price

I installed this on a Honda Pilot SUV. My wife is the main driver and we have a 4 year old who loves to walk everywhere. So it's time to install a backup camera on this old SUV. Installation was the easiest I've ever done and I've installed several different backup cameras. Camera wiring can be either SUPER easy or basic depending on the make and model of your car. My reversing lights were easily accessible via the access panel, also my reversing lights are not on the brake light box but on the tailgate where my number plate is and where to mount the camera. So the combination of these two things made the installation easier. (only 30 minutes) The camera is small enough not to obstruct the view of the plate and the 3M adhesive pads work great (just take your time to peel off the outer paper, this is probably the most frustrating part of the whole process ). Just work on the angle and you'll eventually find an edge to hold on to. The instructions are better than most devices of this type and they have multiple support contacts and I get an answer very quickly when I need it. There is also a video tutorial on YouTube that you can watch. There are also other installation videos for similar products to guide you through the installation details. T-junctions are very helpful and make installation much faster. You do the wiring snoop. Just need a pair of pliers to press down the metal tab after the two wires are inserted. I ordered a few extra ones from the same seller as they work great and are a lot cheaper than those sold at the auto parts store. The picture quality (especially for this monitor size) was very good. Good contrast and strong colors. Many monitors of this type are overloaded and lack true and accurate color reproduction. Not this one. The small size is perfect for use but small enough not to clutter your dashboard or block your view. I'm thinking of getting another camera from them and mounting it over my hitch to make life a lot easier and meet and greet a person. without disturbing my wife. With a push of a button on the monitor, you can switch from one camera to another. Tips: Be sure to clean the surfaces where you place 3M pads. Place the camera on the license plate so that it is in the correct position. Glue works! and it is good to attach it to the license plate. I ended up drilling a small hole in the hatch near the license plate to let the wire through. It's pretty hidden and I'm just going to fill the hole with silicone to keep moisture and dust out.
