Review on 🍯 Honeywell HRF-APP1 / Filter (A+) Premium Odor-Reducing Air Purifier Replacement Pre-Filter by Ken Vargas

I have been buying these A+ air filters for a number of years now. I recently ordered one and when it arrived everything looked fine. The description on the packaging was exactly what I ordered. However, when I opened the packaging, the filter wasn't as thick as the ones I received previously and there was no white powdery substance that was there before. Thinking it might be a production change, I cut out a replacement and installed it. It didn't effectively reduce the odors in my apartment. I called Honeywell Customer Service to see if the product's appearance has changed recently. Their representative gave me trouble, repeatedly interrupting me and telling me I had to return the Revain product because I was using a third party. You never answered my question. When I called Revain about a return, customer service was helpful and immediately arranged an exchange of the product. (Great job Revain customer service!) When I received my replacement the next day it was the same product as before, packaged in an A+ box. I initiated a return to Revain and made them aware of the manufacturer's quality issue. I then ordered the product from Honeywell. Same problem! The quality of this product has certainly deteriorated. When the time comes for another replacement I will try another brand. Without a quality air filter, the purpose of an air purifier is impossible!
