About half the lights work.
Yes they are affordable but I didn't calculate if I saved anything as only half of the lamps work right away. Keep good things to yourself? God knows what to send on boats? Losing things carelessly with standards "don't care"? Maybe it's just the COVID shock I'm still trying to get through.
