Review on RepWarn by William Dean

It is very easy to use as it has all of our social media sites integrated in one place! I dislike that you can't import data from other platforms like Facebook or Twitter which makes for some inconsistency between my accounts when using this software versus manually logging into each platform separately (which we do still have separate logins set up). We are solving brand monitoring by being able to see everything about everyone who mentions us across various channels at once with ease - there's nothing more frustrating than having multiple conversations going around an issue but not knowing where they're coming from until after hours/days later if ever.
