Very good but reliability issues
I've installed two of these and they are unique and incredibly useful for adding bathrooms and showers etc where drain lines are difficult to add. That being said both pumps have failed, one on minimal use after about 5 years and the other on moderate use after 6 years and I had to replace both in an emergency as you don't know if it won't work until sewage starts to overflow. The new units are quieter and quite well designed.
