🚽 Efficient and Versatile Saniflo 002 SANIPLUS Macerating Pump in White - A Powerful Solution for Easy Waste Disposal Review

This is my second unit for an extra bathroom built into a condo. The first worked for 6 years. Due to the fact that it was not possible to get to the pipes under the floor, I found this option 6 years ago. Not cheap - around $1600 with installation, but very convenient and sometimes the only option. Quiet, reliable and comfortable. Recommend for certain situations.

I've installed two of these and they are unique and incredibly useful for adding bathrooms and showers etc where drain lines are difficult to add. That being said both pumps have failed, one on minimal use after about 5 years and the other on moderate use after 6 years and I had to replace both in an emergency as you don't know if it won't work until sewage starts to overflow. The new units are quieter and quite well designed.

Very easy to install and troubleshoot. You can honestly install and forget about it. I turned on the shower, sink, and toilet at the same time and this pump handled it all without a sign of a struggle. Unfortunately, my old pump lasted 4 years, but I hope this device will last even longer! I placed my order and 2 days later it was at my doorstep! Revain estimate my shipping would take 2 to 3 weeks! This is the second defective unit I have owned in 3 years. First breakdown 1 year after moving into my house, since I wasn't the first to apply, the guarantee was not honored. This is my second pump. My first lasted 13 years (my washing machine also drains to the pump so the motor has seen a lot of use in 13 years). I can say that this pump has a better design than those in years past. I feel like it's quieter. It also connected perfectly with my old toilet. The only, ONLY, annoying thing is that the outlet and vent are on opposite sides of the new pumps than the old pumps (if this is your first time installing this in a new one then don't).
