Review on Rustic Oak Retro Stool by Studio Designs 13307 by Lild Zimmerly

Received this via a warehouse sale so was prepared that it may need a touch up but it only has a few small chips around the edges hence isn't this urgent (I'll probably sand and wax them lightly to improve the vintage look.) At $30 it was a steal - really easy to put together and pretty comfortable.Fits perfectly on a matching drafting table and adjusts to the correct height for a horizontal or tilted table. Someone has complained that they can't pick it up and carry it without the top falling off and I'm wondering if they followed the instructions to remove the protective cap from the base, before you place the seat on it. I have no problem with it staying together when I pick it up. It also bounces around a bit m when you first sit down, so initially it's not as firm as you'd normally find with a chair (although this can be a disadvantage for some people). ). ) I'll keep the date if it doesn't hold up (because I'll no doubt be going back to Amazon for a replacement lol) so you can safely assume it's still working for me if I haven't .
