Review on Tyger Auto TG RK4B102B Receiver Protector by Tommy Russo

I decided to buy this rack from several others because the reviews are mostly 5/5 stars with great Reviews seemed to be how much valuable it is, 2 locks were also a plus. But upon receipt of the rack, the packaging was not attached at all, the metal just rang in the box, nothing was attached. The strut assembly wasn't too bad, but after installing it on the hitch, I found that it had SIGNIFICANT wobble, even after it was tightened to the max. This is very disheartening as I've seen several reviews claiming it "doesn't rock". Upon further research I realized that most of the reviews were fake and several other people were having the exact same issues. Some other issues I've had are: • no clearance when loading bikes onto a rack • bikes wobble and scratch the car while driving • knobs don't sit properly
