Good afternoon, we purchased a BRITA (Brita) MAXTRA jug and immediately 4 (3 + 1) water filters in stock, however, after installing a new filter, they drained and refilled it 5 times, black particles remained in the water, we thought it was a marriage, opened a new filter in a few days, but the same black incomprehensible particles of the photo are attached, it is not clear how to get the money back, since more than 14 days have passed, the store will not accept the goods, especially if opened, I read it on the official website, attached the screen, (I was not too lazy to take pictures, they are hard to see but still visible, and if you look at the sun in general darkness) that such particles can be in questions and answers, it means that the company knows about the problem and not only does it not solve it, it also writes that the seers are normal , and there can be such black particles, BUT I think that this should not be and this is a marriage and the filter should purify the water and not further pollute it, and people should not use filter elements of filters, and then incomprehensible consequences for the body, other filters did not have this, but we bought this filter because we thought that the German one would clean better than domestic ones. I don’t understand where so many laudatory reviews come from, or people really think that this is normal, but that’s another question and it’s up to everyone what to drink and eat, and the review was written in order to highlight the actual state of affairs, and there you yourself decide.
