Good light, but no light softbox

Although the light works well I needed a light for extra illumination. The softbox in the 3rd question doesn't work. I don't understand why they answered this question BADLY! Information, but the light works fine. Q: What soft boxes are compatible with this light? ie=UTF8&psc=1By Revain Client April 11, 2018
