I like that it's easy for me to use. It makes entering bills and payments easy. Sometimes it can take a while for it to save my information when I close out of it. Also, sometimes I have to click several times before it will accept my changes. Try using a different browser if you're having problems with this one. We are solving our billing issues by having all of our medical records in one place. The ease of use for creating reports as well as billing procedures are great! I am able to create all my invoices in one program rather than having multiple programs open at once. There aren't any cons that i can think of. This product has made our lives so much easier by allowing us to do everything from scheduling appointments to sending bills out quickly. It really makes things go faster and more efficiently which allows me to spend less time doing paperwork and more time with patients!
