Good product, not disappointed.

Its benefits include that it works well, is ideal for weight loss, tastes pleasant, may be used in place of dinner, and that the muscles did not shrink but rather increased with a deficit.
various drawbacks:
An oddly solid texture at first, especially after whey.
Due to the high cost of a large jar, there is another cost.
