What magic words do I need to say to make this printer work? I installed the software, tried to print labels several times but nothing. It glows blue, pulls and pushes the paper, and that's it. I got stuck once trying to do a test print. I did this for hours and read the smallest printout ever published in an owner's manual. Nothing makes this thing work. This device is a nightmare. Arrived today and will be back as soon as possible
