The quality of the 2 screws is very good. The only thing I didn't like was that the head of the bolt was designed with a high profile, which is handy for removing it easily. He pressed down on the stock leather seat, this is a 2015 HD FLSTC. Since I only needed one screw, I experimented with a different screw, removing the bolt from the head with an allen wrench and sanding down the space under the screw head. Then I lit the threader, pressed the red lock firmly against the threaded bolt and reinserted it into the head of the bolt. Installed in the rear fender. Now everything is in order. I can still easily remove the screw. I would buy it again if needed.
