To my mind, the bits and other accessories that come with this item are not worth it. If you don't already have the best varieties of these things, then this will be great for you! And as good as these pin vises are, I think they'll still be a fair price, even on their own. This is a very strong and well made vise. Holds bits well and is also large enough to be held and used without excessive hand strain. I like that it is a "drill chuck" type rather than a "Dremel collets" type. Makes changing bits faster and easier across a wider range of sizes rather than changing collets as you move from one bit to the next. Of course, that also means it doesn't hold the bit as well as the other species. But it's good enough for a hand tool. If I need something that can take more torque, I need a rotary tool or a drill. The whole point of a pin vise, at least for me, is that I can drill into things that the force of a dremel or drill would completely destroy. I use this thing almost every day in my projects, I definitely recommend it! Double recommendation if you can use the add-ons in it!
