Review on Harness Antenna Adapter Replacement Chevrolet by Andrew Carrao

Like other reviews, my red power wire was not working. In fact, if you read the description it says that the power cord doesn't work if you have an OnStar. The simplest solution I found to this problem was to connect the power wire from the ignition to the main power supply with an easily accessible fuse that was easily plugged in under the steering wheel. I would suggest using a wire harness cover to make sure it doesn't fray or short out. Also, with some stereo systems you should not use the brown mute wire in this adapter as it can cause problems that cause your radio to mute when you don't want it to. I would not use this cable or leave it unplugged in the wiring 😊👍
