Dirty packaging, inconvenient to use.
The rope is too saturated with carbon liquid. There are no instructions so I didn't realize I had to pull the rope out of the tiny ziploc. The case was difficult to open. The cord and dispenser were difficult to use. I'm usually good at things like this (nail painting/makeup/crafts that require a steady hand) and I found it extremely awkward.
