When you first put it on it’s definitely a tight fit, but it’s supposed to be in order to squeeze up your torso. It becomes pretty comfortable after a few minutes and I’ve already worn a couple days with no issues. Oddly enough it breathes well and did not sweat in it. The support is great. It definitely doesn’t fix the overall problem and need to lose weight, but it served its purpose keeping things pushed in more comfortably so I could wear my shirts with a little more confidence.
