Review on SUNGLIFE 150W Car Power Inverter, 12V DC to ๐Ÿš— 110V AC Converter with 1 Socket & Cigarette Lighter Adapter by Paul Walters

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Ideal for camping or outdoor activities by car!

First off, it's neat and well thought out except for one issue. I'll be honest, the 12V cigarette lighter cable is too short. Most people will use it for camping, outdoor activities, RV, boating, etc., so the 3ft cord is too short for most applications. I want the company to make a cord that's about 10 feet long or longer. It has 2 USB ports (correct amperage, btw) and 1 fast charge 3.0 port, which is great for new devices that need a fast charge port or something with more amperage! The device has a built-in fan that helps it dissipate heat properly, it's very quiet and works well. The device ran for about 35 minutes with many devices plugged in and I'm happy to report that the device still felt cool to the touch. There are also 2 regular AC outlets for small low power devices such as new TVs, Blu-ray players and anything really under 150 watts. Remember that you can't connect anything to it with a power greater than 150 watts, otherwise it will work and turn off. It has a beep that is easy to hear. There's also a 12-volt cigarette lighter that goes through the port, which is well thought out too. much to say except that it works and works very well! 2 phones were connected to it, one to the USB 3.0 fast charge port and the other to the USB 2.0 port. I also had my old electric shaver plugged into one of the outlets and my weather station into the other. As I said after about 35 minutes with everything plugged in and working it stays very cool so the internal fan works well! I would give this 5 stars but the cigarette lighter cord is too short at 3ft. I'm sure it's possible to buy an extension adapter, but that means you're spending more money unless you have something similar.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
